Job Maintenance

Once clients land their jobs, TLG coaches will continue to monitor our clients as they transition from being a new hire to settling into their position. Clients will reflect on their current jobs, identify any areas of growth, learn how to balance their new schedule, and look for ways to stay involved in the workplace. Communication and collaboration, leadership, decision-making problem-solving, and creativity are skills we will continue to monitor and strengthen so clients excel.
